How do I apply?

Can I have a cosigner?
Yes, cosigners must qualify with 5x monthly rent in gross income.

 

What deposits are required?
A security deposit is required. It can be a minimum of $250, or maximum of 2x monthly rent, depending on credit check.

 

Is renter’s insurance required?
Yes, liability coverage of $100,00 is required.

 

When is my rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st, but can be paid by the 3rd. After the 3rd, late fees apply.  

 

How do I pay my rent?
You may pay rent through the resident portal on our website, www.muranoapts.com

 

Are any utilities included in rent?
Utilities are not included in rent.

 

What utilities am I responsible for?
You are responsible for trash, water, electric and internet/cable.

 

Who is my cable/ internet provider?
AT&T or Spectrum

           

What if I need maintenance?
You can place a work order on our website, www.muranoapts.com

 

Is parking first come first serve or do we pay for a permit/spot?
Parking is first come, first serve.

 

What is the pet policy?
There is a two-pet maximum. There is a $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet and $15 pet rent per month per pet.

 

What are your restricted breeds?
Please contact the Leasing Office for our list of restricted breeds.

 

Can I sublet my apartment?
Subletting and Airbnb is not permitted.

 

Can I use financial aid to help pay my rent?
Yes, please contact the Leasing Office for assistance.

 

Are your apartments furnished?
Purchase and rental options for furniture are available for additional charges.

           

Are we allowed visitors? Do they need a visitor pass?
Visitors must be always accompanied by residents. There are 4 visitors permitted per apartment maximum.

 

Can visitors use the amenities?
Visitors can use the amenities only when accompanied by a resident.

 

How do I access my apartment if I lose my key?
During office hours, you can call the Leasing Office. If after hours, you must contact a locksmith for assistance. Residents are responsible for additional costs associated with replacement locks/keys.

 

How do I get packages?
Packages are stored in the Luxer Lockers. Residents can sign up for deliver notifications on their website. Packages can be picked up 24 hours a day by using the gym entrance and a resident key FOB. Check out - www.luxerone.com
